    I submitted a dish I created stuffed peppers and I never heard back if you all go it or not.

    Salmon, Kale, Oranges and Brown Rice
    Salmon:
    Drizzle with olive oil on both sides
    ½ tsp garlic powder
    ½ tsp of seasoning
    ½ tsp of kosher salt
    Grill or Bake 350 for 20-25 mins

    Stuffed Pepper:
    2 Cups of cooked brown rice
    Blanche Kale
    Saute 1 red onion and 2 tsp of minced garlic on medium heat
    Chop 3 oranges
    Use 1 filet of cooked salmon
    Mix it all together in the saute pan and stuff into peppers
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Glaze:
    Juice of 3 Oranges
    1 tsp of honey
    1 tsp of lite soy sauce
    ¼ tsp of salt
    Reduce on medium heat till half the liquid
    Add ¼ of tsp of corn starch to thicken more if needed.
