Hi Ana – Most of these options are very kid-friendly. Foods like fruits, vegetables, dairy (yogurt, milk, cheese), eggs and fortified grain foods are things kids generally enjoy. If they are a bit on the pickier side, encourage them to eat the fruits and veggies they do enjoy and try incorporating more dairy foods, eggs and whole grain foods into their diets in different ways!
